| Body | Regular meetings of the Board shall be held on the third Monday of each month or on such other date as the President may select. Special meetings of the Board may be called by the president, whenever deemed necessary, or upon the request of two Directors. Notice of all Board Meetings shall be communicated to each Director at least ten days before such meeting. |
