Body	The governing body of the Club shall be the Board, consisting of seventeen Members of the Club. These seventeen Members are the president, immediate past president, president-elect, secretary, treasurer, archivist, the current president of the Buckhead Rotary Foundation and the sergeant-at-arms, and nine other Members elected to the Board in accordance with the Election article of these bylaws.
