Ginger LePage is the Director of Technology for the City of
Dunwoody. At 16 years old, her
first job was changing tapes at a data center which sparked her interest in
technology. She has been working in the
Public Sector since 2002, serving in numerous capacities such as: Technology
Director, IT Manager, dispatcher, communications training officer, CISM team
lead/coordinator, supervisor, instructor, policy writer, technical software
trainer, systems analyst, vendor manager, process improvement analyst, reporting
manager, GIS coordinator, IT project manager, and systems administrator. Since
she started with the City in 2020, her primary focus has been cybersecurity and
accessibility for users and citizens.
In 2023, she received the Georgia Government Management
Information Sciences (GMIS) “Spirit of GMIS” Award, the GMIS International “Rising
Star” Award, and earned her Certified Government Chief Information Officer
certification from University of Georgia’s Carl Vinson Institute. In 2024,
Ginger was named a “Navigator of Change” by the Atlas. In 2025, Ginger became a Maxwell Leadership
Certified Team Member and a Certified Behavior Analysis Trainer.
Ginger is a mother to 3 daughters ages 21, 19, and 9. She lives in Marietta, GA. She also serves as
the Chairman of the Board for Numinous Flux Dance Company and sits on numerous
committees for the local and International chapters of GMIS.
