End Human Trafficking
3 Days Of Law Enforcement Training
A special thanks to the three Columbus area Rotary clubs and Piedmont Midtown Columbus hospital for hosting three days of human trafficking training for law enforcement officers. We had the sherifs office, department of corrections, Army CID, local police departments, GBI, FBI and the Attorney General's office engaged in the training. We also had many victim advocacy groups there to build relationships as the law enforcement agencies need these partners to truly solve this problem in our community. In addition to our hosts, we also had a warm welcome from the First Lady of Georgia and the Columbus Mayor. We will be at it again in March in the metro Atlanta area at the Delta Flight Museum.
